CAKE CARE & TRANSPORTATION

When traveling with a cake, it is best practice to travel with cake on a FLAT surface. We will provide you with a cold cake and any travel after picking up the cake needs to be refrigeration prior. You must take turns VERY slowly and never stop quickly.

Please note:

*You MUST NOT leave your cake in the car unattended without AC on for any period of time.

*Do NOT use the floorboard heat and avoid any heat if possible. This will create a warm heated environment and potentially cause structural and melting damage.

*Please be aware any temperatures inside or outside must be 70 degrees or below to prevent damage to cake. Long-term sitting in warm temperatures can result in damage to cake.

Any damage to cake after cake is approved and taken off premise, we are not liable for.
